Personal Care Assistance (PCA) is a Minnesota program designed to help individuals with disabilities and seniors stay independent by providing support with daily activities. PCA workers offer services in the person’s home or in the community.
Community First Services and Supports (CFSS) is a new program in Minnesota set to replace the current Personal Care Assistance (PCA) and Consumer Support Grant (CSG) programs, starting October 1, 2024. The goal of CFSS is to offer more flexible services to individuals, empowering them to maintain independence while receiving care in their homes and communities.
